Swapped out ``opencv`` function calls with equivalent calls already supported by
other dependencies. This allowed the removal of the ``opencv-python`` and
``opencv-python-headless`` dependency bifurcation. Allso added a custom ``syrupy``
comparator to better handle "close-enough" known-state regression.
